Delivery time varies between 4 and 7 business days from the next business day of your order.

Canvas Design Paintings


We create our designs using photos you upload, so your image quality is crucial to our final product. Please check out our guide to taking good photos of your pet!

If you are unsure of your image quality, please contact us!

Since our paintings are personalized products, we do not accept any returns. However, if the product is damaged during shipping, we can send you your painting again if you prove it. It is important to keep a report with the cargo officer at this point. If a return is requested after the design is made and before the painting is printed, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount including shipping, and the return will be reflected in your account within 15 business days.

If the product frames are damaged during shipping, you can send your framed painting back to us. We will re-frame it and send it back to you . When returning your damaged framed painting, you must carefully pack it with our contracted code and the package we sent you and send it back to us. If the package we sent you or a similar desi package is not used, the shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.
