Yes! We send a pre-press preview to every customer. We share the design via WhatsApp, and you can request as many revisions as you like until you're satisfied . Nothing goes to print until you say "okay."
Can there be more than one pet in a painting?
Of course! We can fit two, three, or even four furry friends into the same design. You can browse our " Double Designs ," " Triple Designs ," and " Family Designs " categories to see examples.
I like a design but there's no 2-piece or 3-piece version, what should I do?
We can create multiple designs of your choice and fulfill your specific requests. Only your wishes and our imagination are limitless. Click here to place a custom order.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We'll edit it for free until you're satisfied.
Is my photo good enough?
Don't worry! All photos are checked by our team. If a photo isn't suitable, we'll contact you via WhatsApp or email to request a new one.
The best results are obtained from photos taken at your pet's eye level and in well-lit conditions (preferably daylight).
Do you only design for dogs?
No! At Dali Pups, we're not limited to just dogs. Cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and even exotic animal companions— they're all sources of inspiration for us!
